Privacy
Policy
At OrthoSWIFT, data privacy is a functional constraint of our infrastructure. Our systems are engineered for Data Transience: we process your information and systematically purge it. We do not maintain long-term repositories of your intellectual property.
1. Data Retention & Erasure Protocols
We operate on a "Processing without Possession" model to ensure maximum security for your survey data.
Immediate Source Purge
Raw source imagery is permanently deleted from our secure compute clusters immediately upon the successful completion of the photogrammetry pipeline.
48-Hour Artifact Window
Final deliverables (Orthomosaics, Point Clouds, and Reports) are hosted for a strictly limited window of 48 hours to facilitate download. Following this period, all artifacts are subjected to an automated wipe.
Zero-Persistence Storage
OrthoSWIFT does not maintain "shadow copies" or long-term backups of user-submitted datasets.
2. Data Minimization & Usage
We collect only the essential metadata required to execute our service:
Authentication & Billing
Your email address is used exclusively for delivery notifications and secure transaction processing via Stripe. We do not sell user data or maintain unsolicited marketing lists.
Automated Processing
Imagery is processed via a closed-loop automated pipeline. Human intervention or manual data review occurs only upon an explicit, user-initiated request for technical support.
3. Distributed Security Architecture
Unlike traditional monolithic platforms that rely on a single point of failure, OrthoSWIFT utilizes a Decentralized Physical Infrastructure (DePIN) for all photogrammetry processing. This architectural choice ensures that your data is never resident on a permanent, centralized corporate server.
Compute Segregation
Your imagery is processed in isolated, verifiable, and serverless compute environments. This "Zero-Persistence" model ensures that once the photogrammetry pipeline is finalized, the compute environment is terminated and all temporary data is purged.
Architectural Resilience
By utilizing a distributed provider model, we eliminate the risks associated with centralized data breaches. No single entity—not even OrthoSWIFT—maintains a persistent, "at-rest" database of your source imagery.
Automated Integrity
Our infrastructure is built on cryptographic verification. Every job is executed in a secure sandbox that prevents unauthorized access at the hardware level, providing a layer of security that traditional cloud providers cannot match.
4. Global Compliance
Our architecture is designed to meet and exceed global data protection standards (POPIA, GDPR, CCPA) through Privacy by Design:
Right to Erasure
Because our system purges all data within 48 hours, the "Right to be Forgotten" is a native feature of the platform.
Data Sovereignty
Processing is conducted within secure, regionalized cloud infrastructure (AWS/GCP) to ensure high-speed delivery and compliance with regional data handling expectations.
